After experiencing an unsucessfull bond proposal for a much needed waterpark, the City of Rowlett contacted BSA for advice. Working together to verify budgets & improve marketing strategies, the second bond proposal passed overwhelmingly. Situated next to a rec center, playground, & high school, the project is a dramatic success & has quickly seen expansion. The design focuses on developing synergy with its adjacencies & facilitating future development of the overall parcel.
