Programming & designing a police facility for a town that is on the brink of explosive growth is a challenge. Each department requires the adaptability to expand on its own without disrupting the operations of adjacent departments. Responding to this challenge, departments at this justice center were arranged in a finger design providing room for growth and expansion.
