This Facility brings a cost efficient state-of-the-art building to the community. The site presented several challenges including a variety of topography across the site. The public enters at the lower grades while the staff enters at a mid-landing from the secure parking area.  Working with the site provided a cost efficient solution in dealing with the fall of the site rather than creating a series of structured ramps and retaining walls. A concrete tilt wall system provided a cost efficient method in providing both an exterior envelope while retain earth as the building cuts into the site.
