After an extensive planning study, BSA proposed the bold move of developing a new mixed-use town center for this city of 14,000. The centerpiece of this development is a community center, which includes a recreation center, library, senior center & public meeting spaces. Exterior recreation areas for aquatics & a tournament-level softball complex are included. Located adjacent to the center's site are areas for multi-family housing & commercial development.
