As part of a Master Planned Park for the City of Grand Prairie, this recreation and community center will provide both visual and physical connections to a series of on-site lakes and open lawns. A pedestrian boardwalk and vehicular esplanade will link the facility to neighboring retail and a public services facility located on the north side of the site.
